FMG is certified to conduct business in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia.  The company was organized and incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio on July 3, 2001.

Management

James C. Vasko, the company's president, oversees the marketing, sales, and personnel recruitment portion of the business.  He has over 25-years of sales and management experience in the medical sales industry.

Patricia R. Kimnach is the company's Chief Financial Officer responsible for overseeing the financial and human resources management portion of the business.  She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20-years of corporate and private business management experience.

Megan Carlock-Szust is the company's Operations Manager responsible for organizing and managing sales administration and customer service.  Megan is also a Registered Nurse.  Her duties include quote preparation, product delivery, installation coordination, purchase order processing, inventory management, sales assistance, general customer service, and meeting and travel arrangements.

Our vision at FMG is to be a highly professional sales organization that specializes in surgical microscopy. It is our goal to have customers recognize FMG salespeople as technical experts that constantly strive to exceed service expectations. We will consistently achieve superior sales performance while conducting business with integrity, reliability, and professionalism.  It is our intention to work closely with a few select manufacturer partners and deliver exceptional performance.  The surgical specialties of emphasis for FMG sales activity are; neurosurgery, ENT, plastic & reconstructive, and ophthalmology.
